Customs tax:We could offer the commercial invoice and help you to do the clearance,But you need to do the clearance according the Aliexpress rules and your local custom policies.
If you failed to do the clearance in time.Normally the parcel will be returned (It can be tracked on the order’s tracking number info).we can resend the parcel for free when we received the returned parcel.
Receive parcels:Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence,If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen),please ask the post office to provide official document,especially the claim request paper.and take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.
